Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can only offer store credit for the item(s) current listed price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if possible.

There are certain situations where refunds will NOT be granted (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item "tested" and used on the trails

- Any item that is simply sent back to HANDUP Gloves without notification or communication
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it is inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are not approved, we will reach out to you VIA email to notify you of the issues with the returned product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@handupgloves.zendesk.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final.

We now offer Instant Exchanges that allow you to get your items quicker! Click HERE to begin the exchange and you'll have the option to complete an instant exchange. By using this option, you'll be able to have the items you want shipped out the next business day instead of waiting on your exchange to come back to us. This option will put a temporary hold on your card until we receive the original items, but once we receive the items the temporary charge will be released and you will see no charge.
Warranty (if applicable)
We warranty our gloves up to 1-year of original purchase date for defects and issues not caused by regular wear and tear. Simply send us an email about the defect, show a picture of the issue, and we'll ensure that you are still within the 1-year time frame and respond accordingly. Also, If you forget how to ride a bike for any reason and wreck, we have a crash warranty program. You'll need to send in pictures of the gloves as well as a description of what happened. Handup Gloves is not responsible for return/exchange shipments that are shipped to the wrong address or shipped without tracking information.
