Returns and Exchanges

The gear must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached and must have been purchased within the 60-day return period for domestic orders and 90 days for international orders.

Free unlimited exchanges and returns for store credit can be added to any order by selecting the re:do coverage option at checkout.
  • Cost of return label is charged to customer on returns for refunds
  • Cost of return label is charged to customer on returns or exchanges for orders not covered by re:do

Store credit or refunds are only issued once the items have been returned to Handup HQ and have been inspected by quality control.
Exchanged items will be shipped once returned items are received at Handup HQ and have been inspected by quality control. 
Final sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

There are certain situations where refunds will NOT be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item "tested" and used on the trails

  • Any item that is simply sent back to HANDUP Gloves without notification or communication


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it is inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are not approved, we will reach out to you VIA email to notify you of the issues with the returned product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@handupgloves.zendesk.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final.

 

Warranty (if applicable)

We warranty our gloves up to 1-year of original purchase date for defects and issues not caused by regular wear and tear. Simply send us an email about the defect, show a picture of the issue, and we'll ensure that you are still within the 1-year time frame and respond accordingly. Also, If you forget how to ride a bike for any reason and wreck, we have a crash warranty program. You'll need to send in pictures of the gloves as well as a description of what happened. Handup Gloves is not responsible for return/exchange shipments that are shipped to the wrong address or shipped without tracking information.
