We do offer Free Returns and Exchanges on DOMESTIC purchases only, as well as purchases with less than 20% discount applied.
If you were able to enter a discount code of 20% or more on your purchase, you will need to pay for the the return shipping label. Just fill out the form below and we can get that started for you.
Furthermore, if you purchased an item from our SALE page, all these sales are final and typically cannot be returned or exchanged. We are just people helping people though, so if you need something, fill out the form below and we'll try to accommodate the best we can.
All returns and exchanges will need to be on products that have been unused on the trail and have the original packaging.

I NEED TO WARRANTY MY HANDUP GLOVES
We warranty our gloves up to 1-year of original purchase date for defects and issues not caused by regular wear and tear. Simply just fill out the form below and be sure to include a picture of the defect. We will ensure that you are still within the 1-year warranty time frame and respond accordingly.
If the defect was caused to to a crash, we have a crash warranty program. You'll need to send in pictures of the gloves as well as a description of what happened by filling out the form below.
