• The gear must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached and must have been purchased within the 60 day return period for domestic orders and 90 days for international orders.
• Store credit or refund is only issued once the items have been returned to Handup HQ and is inspected by quality control.
• Exchanged items will be shipped once returned items are shipped back to Handup HQ unless you choose instant exchange. Only then will your card be charged if items are not returned within 14 business days.
• * Domestic returns on full priced items for store credit receive free return label.
• * Domestic orders with discounts of 20% or more, or are being returned for a refund are subject to pay for a return label.
• * Returns on international orders require products to be shipped back to Handup HQ at the cost of the customer.
• We do not offer returns or store credit on final sale items.
Here is our Sizing Chart, but if you already wear a Fox Glove or Giro Glove, Handup Gloves are sized very similar so ordering the same size should be fine.
Any of our gloves with the FULLTOUCH logo shown on the palm picture of mentioned in the features description are touch screen compatible.A
We worked on our FULLTOUCH Technology to be a seamless touchscreen platform. Therefore, the entire palm is touchscreen instead of adding extra touchscreen woven material into the fingertips. You to not have to try to touch your screen in "just the right place" to get it to work.
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (If you are shipping WITHIN THE UNITED STATES). Sometimes packages “disappear” and we can be sympathetic to that. If you run into any shipping issues, please First open a case based on your tracking number with the United States Postal service.

For all other countries, we offer DHL expedited shipping along with UPS economy service. Keep in mind, we do absorb some of our normal shipping rates as we want our international customers to be able to afford our great gear at a decent price! For international shipping, you have 2 options:
Option 1 - UPS ECONOMY (10-14 business days):
Costs start at $10 USD with full tracking visibility and slightly longer delivery times in comparison to DHL express. If you are okay with waiting a little longer to receive your package, this option if for you.
Option 2 - DHL (3-5 Business Days):
Cost starts at $29 USD with full tracking visibility along the way and faster shipping than option 1. You will be thoroughly please with the experience.
We also offer FREE expedited shipping for international orders over $150 USD. (Excludes Chile, Croatia, Latvia, and Singapore)

We began this journey saying we would never bring designs back and that once they're sold out they would be gone forever. Then we got enough hate mail that we caved and brought back many of our popular styles and we have worked hard to make sure we have ample inventory year round.
now sometimes it still happens as we do limited collaborations with other companies from time to time and once those are gone they are typically gone for good, but if the hate mail piles up, we may bring back some designs.

WOMEN'S SPECIFIC GEAR
We make all of our gloves, socks, and other clothing (with exception of the pants and shorts) in what we like to call Unisex “Standard Human being” sizing. As humans, we all come in different shapes and sizes. Our simple sizing accounts for that in it’s shape and flexibility, while our numerous designs fit a wide range of unique preferences.
Secondly, the body position we are in during our various sports requires more material and different cuts than the women’s and men’s specific clothing we wear day to day. It’s a piece of athletic attire, not a tailored power suit. Therefore, we’d encourage you to measure yourself, order the size that matches, and enjoy the wildly affordable prices & unique designs while you are at it!
Lastly, we aren’t ignorant. We know that women’s specific pants and shorts are a must. Those additions are currently being designed and prototyped in house by our Female Co-owner.
