WHAT IF A DESIGN I LIKE GOES OUT OF STOCK?

We do not redo styles. We like to keep things fun and fresh so, much like Air Jordan's, new designs arrive and when they are gone.. they are gone. Very rarely, will we bring back the same version of an old design, but most of the time we just put a new, fun twist on an older design just for the fun of it. Whenever that happens it is hard to tell. Between our intense bike riding and adult beverage slamming schedule, we try to get around to new/different gloves every month or two. If you like a particular glove though, we encourage you to pick it up as soon as you can because you never know how long they'll last. If you still have questions about instock/out-of-stock product, feel free to give us a shout here!

What size of Handup Gloves should I order?

Our Sizing Chart for gloves is here, but if you already wear a Fox Glove or Giro Glove, Handup Gloves are sized very similar so ordering the same size should be fine. If not we offer free returns and exchanges if you haven't worn the gloves on the trail and have the original packaging. Touch Screen?

Lots of folks ask us why we avoid touch screen. Here’s why:

To begin, touch screen “material” in a glove is simply an added material that conducts heat. Something that ALSO transfers heat from your fingertips is moisture. Therefore, you can use a drop of water from a water bottle, wait until they are sweaty or even lick your thumb or index finger to use our gloves as a “Touch Screen Compatible” glove. It’s that easy. In fact, you can probably do this with lots of your different gloves.

Well why not just add it anyway?? Each addition step in the manufacturing process increases the price of the product to you good people. Why sell a $32 dollar glove with touch screen compatibility when we can sell a $28 dollar glove that’s 99% touch screen compatible… we don’t see a need.

Lastly, even though we (at handup) have all used our gloves with our phones, garmins, etc. we also believe that part of cycling is disconnecting. Sure, stop for a picture every now and then but playing on our phones is not why we spend time on two wheels. Overall, we want to encourage our customers to enjoy the moment in an inexpensive pair of rad cycling gloves (that still work with your phone..)!


What is the warranty on Handup Gloves?

We warranty our gloves up to 1-year of original purchase date for defects and issues not caused by regular wear and tear. Simply send us an email about the defect and we’ll ask for images of the issue. We'll ensure that you are still within the 1-year time frame and respond accordingly.

There are a few specific situations that void our standard warranty:

  1. DRYING - All Handup items are made of “athletic” material’s, therefore machine washing cold and air drying are required. Material pilling, shrinking in size, fades in color, or zippers breaking due to a round in the washer (hot water) or dryer void our warranty as these results are not representative of a manufacturer defect in the product.

  2. CRASHING - We do have a crash replacement program, described below, however there are VERY few garments made to withstand a drag across asphalt, gravel, or trail. It is not our fault that you wrecked but we are more than happy to help you out by offering a lower price on replacement product. The details of that are listed further down this page.

 What if I am not satisfied with MY Handup Gloves?

If for some reason you don't thoroughly enjoy your Handup Gloves when you receive them, before you ride in them on the trail, please reach out to us and let us know. We will provide a free return label and refund your entire order once they hit our doorstep. Get the return process goin' here!


 What if I need to exchange the gloves for a different size?

If you need a different size and haven't ridden on the trails in your new gloves yet, we can provide a shipping label to use for your return and exchange. You will need to return the gloves with the original packaging as well. Get the exchange process rollin' here!


 What if My package get’s lost in the mail?

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (If you are shipping domestically). Sometimes packages “disappear” and we can be sympathetic to that. If you run into any shipping issues, please reach out and let us know. We will take all the necessary steps on our end to remedy the situation, case by case, and we can typically send you a new package. Let us know here.

Do you SHip Internationally?

Are we in the 21st century where we live in a global economy? Yes we ship internationally, unfortunately it takes a while to get to you or is pretty expensive. However, we do build in $5 off of our normal shipping rates as we do want our international customers to be able to grab a pair of our gloves at a decent price. For international shipping you have 2 options:

1. United States Postal Service (USPS 8-12 days): Cost is $10 but you only receive tracking through customs. Then it is in the hands of your local shipping company and we have no control or visibility to it. So if you trust them this may be the option for you.

2. DHL (3-5 days): Cost is $29 USD, but you will have full tracking visibility along the way, faster shipping, and will be thoroughly pleased with the experience. 

Sorry there is no in between shipping options, but trust us, we've checked for you. If you have any further international shipping questions, please shoot us an email here!


WHat is the local Pickup option?

As of November 9th, 2018, we have a bar and retail space in Chattanooga, Tennessee. If you are local, feel free to reach out so immediately following the placement of your order and let us know you are coming by to pick it up. We can refund your shipping charge upon pickup. Please keep in mind, we ship quickly and maintain the right to enter the order into our regular shipping process upon placement.

Absolutely! We open up a team and individual ambassador application every November 1st to November 15th. However, we try to accommodate all who would like to represent the brand so, if you missed those dates, feel free to apply here, and we will review it if we get the chance!
